I've been trying to come up with a way for you all to get to know me better, and I originally thought of just making a 'About Me' blog post, but I found that a tad bit boring. Instead, I went searching and I found the Get To Know Me Tag! This should be fun!

Healthy Banana French Toast Recipe

This is one of my go-to breakfast, and I've been having them non-stop for the past week! It is super easy to make, and it's a lot healthier than your regular french toast for we won't be using eggs or sugar! Hope you give this recipe a try, and send me a pic while you're at it!

Beach Bum: San Juan, Batangas

Our first family outing of the year! To kick summer off, our family decided to take a 3-day beach trip to San Juan, Batangas. We went from April 9 to 11; a three day, 2 nights trip. The soul purpose of the trip was actually to celebrate my dad's birthday and my parents' wedding anniversary. The week before, we (and by we, I mean me) were stressed out of our minds trying to book a resort, but obviously, at this time of year, pretty much every resort would be booked. You'd think we'd know that, but good planning isn't really a trait that runs in the family.
